Actually Solis turned down a fight with Vitali. Vlad beat Chagaev who was the real WBA champion, who has already beaten Valouev. Chagaev is Haye's WBA mandatory, but Haye is already trying to get out of that fight. Haye wants to fight Holyfield next.
The only fight that matters is Haye and both, Wlad and Haye know that. It´s all about money and they both want the most money they can get.
At least Chisora has the courage to get into the ring with Vlad, unlike Haye. A loss to Vlad will not harm Chisora's career, plus he will make some good money.

You are right. Chisora is not very deserving. I guess Wlad chose him, because he want´s to pressure Haye and call him out again. You know, Wlad just recently fought Peter and will be back in the ring very soon. He is very active, but has problems getting worthy opponents into the ring. You could even call it a stay-busy-fight. It´s a shame, but you can hardly blame Wlad.
