The only time I see Khan being able to do anything in that fight is in the first round when he comes out explosive. I see Mayweather managing to cool Khan down and then it would come to wether Mayweather truley is one of the best counter punchers around (avoiding Khan's speed and still connecting) or if Khan could take him on points. I see Mayweather by close UD.
I see Khan shocking and beaing a 36yr old Floyd(late2011-early2012) on points, Khan would just be too fast, and too fresh for Floyd who would be out of his prime.

Agree (on the caveat that it would be valid if the fight were to happen inside 6 months of this post). Between 6-12 months, I think Mayweather would TKO Khan inside 8. Between 12-18 - the fight *might* be competitive.
