So it's not the dreaded Zegen but a Colombian feather/junior lightweight based in Denmark with a Danish name

I've never heard of him, he's 13-1 and lost on points to Benoit Gaudet, the Canadian that Soto dropped early and brutally stopped later on (man Soto can turn up the heat when he wants to :yep)

So, still fairly uninspiring, hopefully Ricky can 'get up' for this one. This should be a showcase for him.

Come on Burns :happy Hopefully some better fights next year, not that there's much available (Uchiyama will never happen)

Any thoughts? Anyone seen Evensen fight?

As long as the inevitable beating he'll get when he eventually loses the belt isn't on the horizon, I'm happy.

Paul Appleby and John Thain on the undercard.

Would like to see Ormond added as well.

    Don't count Andreas out ;)

He's a really good boxer and on the rise; gets better the longer fights go. Doesn't mind travelling because boxing's illegal in his home country anyway. He'll be well up for this. Great first defence!

Eh? I've given him a lot of kudos since the Martinez fight, I'm a big fan!

Thanks, doesn't look very big and not very impressive IMO, quite sloppy.

Should be an entertaining enough fight though, just hope Ricky gets the stimulation required to keep him on form.
