Yep:good Pleasantly surprised about it. Only had 5 on it. I think I'll have a small bet on him tonight aswell at 9/2 and bet365 have Bates +2.5 at evens. Any thoughts?

 

Not seen much of it to be honest mate, but I don't know how much double start suits him.

It's all about Barney, if he's the fella who looks like he's gonna have a panic attack at any minute Batesy could be worth a look.

But Barney looked the part in the last (or was it one before) tournament when he got to the final against Taylor. Looked to have got over his problems.

How's he looked in this one?

 

I watched his first game against McGowan and he was pretty poor to be honest. I didn't watch it but SSN says he played better against Walsh. I haven't watched either of Bates' games apart from the very end of last night's game. I think you're right, it'll depend on which Barney turns up.

Interesting to note that Stan James have Barney 4-2 at 14/1. Best price 10/3 elsewhere.

EDIT - Barney 3-2 and Bates 3-2 are the wrong way round at SJ

 

Bates vs Newton was worst match of the tournament as far as the quality goes . Cant see how he wins more than 1 set tonight honestly . Barney started a bit slow yesterday but was far superior than Bates against Newton .
Hamilton has looked great , cant remember him missing more than once on the starting double . Wade was amazing in the first 4 legs but than slowed down big time . Hamilton might have a chance here but I guess it all depends on Wade .

Spain to win to nil - 8/15. You can't do a double on Paddy Power so I'm thinking of doing two singles and put the proceeds onto the Scotland game should it win

 

Everything speaks for 0-2 goals in Ireland vs Russia game , going to put some money on under 2.5 . Odds not that great but I would be surprised if someone won 2-1 or higher .

Also Germany vs Turkey looks like there could be a lot of cards given in this match , maybe red or penalty kick also worth a small punt .

 

I had it in a double with unders Andorra - Macedonia. Somehow that came in (just been watching the end of it, Macedonia had about 3 clear chances to make it 3-0), turn over and I see Russia have just scored. Hopefully it stays like this to save me a bit of stress :tired

Ireland vs Russia not looking like most people have thought it would go ... a lot of attacking , many big chances so far .
Need Portugal , Greece , Holland and Serbia to win for my big mug accumulator .

Thinking about Garcia wins by 10 rnd decision over Mike Arnaoutis tonight , Arnaoutis will most likely lose all 10 or 9 rounds , hopefully he doesn't retire during the fight , he didn't do it in his last one .
