no one disputes he was great and unbeatable at 130 :good
at 135 he could lose... squeaker in fight 1 w castillo and boxing lesson in fight 2.

IF having nice pretty names on your resume is what legends are made of, kevin mcbride and danny williams would be one. Enter Irish Pat Lawlor in boxing hall of fame, he holds wins over roberto duran and wilfredo benitez. the pink cat beat arquello, send him in too.

its where they are when you fight them, if they had life in them or in the case of most of floyds junk wins, its what they did before and after floyd

    lightweight legacy
2002 Castillo I - already established as legit "win" at least legit threat to win
2002 Castillo II - already established as legit win
2003 vicoriano sosa- 8 fights after floyd , wins against guys with 2 wins, 0 wins, 1 win ect ect, ko'd by cotto a guy that he should have fought back then. never did **** before or after floyd :-(
2003 Phillip Ndou - fought no one b4 floyd or after..3 fights in 6 years, after FM losing 2:good
    -----------------Lightweight Legacy ends here.............

    ------SUPER LIGHTWEIGHT LEGACY ENDS-----------

    ------WELTERWEIGHT LEGACY BEGINS-----------------
2005- sharmba mitchell- 17th year as a pro! , just ko'd by tszyu a year earlier fights 2 times after floyd going 1 and 1 :rofl

2006- zuper judah- judah comes in on loss, gets a loss and his streak will
end up 2 wins out of 7 fights. will beat 2 non ranked guys and quits in next fight against clottey. But at least loses to guys like cotto who floyd wont fight, clottey, guys in their division in their prime)

    Uhh, yep.

Sort of what most of us have been saying since his initial retirement.

    Felt like "that was it?"

I thought he was building up to something special but he totally ****ing blew it.

Insted of going through your entire post an exposing you for the ass clown that you are, I'll simply ask.

Name 3 current active fighters with a better resume then Floyd Mayweather Jr.

And please dont try to bull**** your way out of this either. You arent smart enough.

Yeah he should fight Miguel Cotto. Great fighter that guy. Absolutely schooled Yuri Foreman.

The sad part is he HAD the ability just not the motivation.
You have to remember Floyd comes from a different mindset...
"Undefeated" no longer holds any weight in combat sports.
People will pick his resume apart like vultures.

Schooled a younger Mosley and took on the homosexual midget that floyd is scared of.

**** i was saying this years ago and was called a "hater". it feels bittersweet to be proven right at the cost of not seeing the fight of our generation.

Cotto > Mosley. ESPECIALLY at the point were Pac and Floyd fought them.

The EXACT same thing could be said about Pacquiao and has been said 1,000,000 times. Waste of time...

Yeah 7-5. Absolutely dominated the fight.

Agreed. And he was competitive for like a round and a half. Oh and didnt bleed as much this time. Obviously a fighter to watch.

I know. Did you see how much better he looked against Margarito then Mosley? The way he'd slap Margarito 3 times then run to the other side of the ring? Granted Mosley dominated Margarito and won by knockout, and Mosley quit on his knees but you have to admire how similar he looked like Mayweather against the ropes. I could have sworn he got some training from Roger Mayweather for that fight.
