It usually means the potential UK gate receipts outweighed the potential American site fee which in turn usually means that no big casino really wanted the fight.

 

It might sell more tickets in the UK, but the PPV revenue is far far less.

Witter for me, I have always rated junior very highly and I think if he was managed differently he would have been the biggest british boxer of the last decade.

 

Witter is in semi retirement and no one really cared about him even in his prime. No need for this fight from a Khan perspective.
