SRL, yes.. RJJ? hell no.

If you recall, RJJ was looked upon as the superman who walked in the shadow of boxers like Holyfield, Tyson and Bowe. RJJ was a phenomenal boxer, but in no way shape or form does he hold a candle to guys like Floyd and Pac in terms of media coverage.

 

did his album break 50k? I wonder if anyone has data on that.

 

I don't dislike Pacquiao, but there's a myth in here. Clottey clearly lost to Margarito. Apologists always say "well, Clottey hurt both of his hands in that fight" and while that is true, by the end of the fight Clottey was doing what he usually does at the end of his fights at welterweight...covering up and not working.

 

When are people going to learn the Ring mag says whatever to sell ****. If Margarito beats Manny they'll be the first to have Margo on their cover saying how the world was wrong about him being a cheater and all.

Roy was a better fighter in his prime then Pac in my opinion. Better then Floyd aswell.

But they need to sell mags, boxing is down so they have to hype anything they can. 90% of their articles are either about Floyd or Pacquiao. Its sad really. So many good fighters in the sport.

trust me if you even trained or had a competitive bout you would realise that both no fighter is scared, more so the ones that have accomplished great things.
