    that is Serious training considering how heavy briggs is.

    Briggs would really take Vitali out if he can do that.

    Don't get your hope to high on Briggs. Vitali for a big guy is pretty slippery and dynamic .

    If briggs ran that 45 minute uphill, he'd never make it to the fight cuz he'd be ****ing dead from a catastrophic asthma attack.

    You guys are not understanding what the TS is saying. Let's put it this way, if John Ruiz were as fast and athletic as RJJ when they fought, he would've won, hands down.

    Why run marathons when you can poke a needle up your ass? I'm still not clear whether Briggs even gets tested at all, since all tests will come back positive due to his apparent med needs.
