vitali is asked constantly about this fight. first look at what he has said before you have any conclusions. he said that Lewis was his strongest opponent and he never look so bad in other fights......

Was legit really bad cuts. Fighters never want to get stopped from cuts im sure the way Vitali see it so what I was bleeding I could still fight shouldn't of got stopped, but no his corner did not have the cuts under control like he said.

 

He knows better. But he's a fighter, and fighters almost have to say stupid **** like this after the fact. It's in their nature. All you can do is shake your head and laugh.

 

I'd agree with Wlad being boring but im kinda surprised how many people find Vitali boring though, not sure what makes him a "hype machine" either he's beating up a crappy division if thats what you mean yeah.

He comes across really well in interviews - A really likable guy, like his brother.
Some of the things he says about the Lewis fight, do come across as bitter in print, but not so when actually spoken. Just because he's talking in his 2nd language.
I very much would like to see him pummel Haye.
