Maybe you should consider the options before believing everything you read from other posters and taking it at face value.

    Thats quite naive.

Then rushing in with over the top statements like "you're blinded by your love for Haye".

You sound like a 12 twelve year old. Perhaps you are?

Actually there's a whole statement from Povetkin's team explaining the terrible contracts offered to them by the Klitschkos in this months Boxing Monthly.

Of course, you have no harder evidence to prove otherwise so dont get sand in your vagina over it.

Just admit that you dont know any more than I do.

Well I know Atlas and Hrunov said they felt Povetkin wasn't ready and was mourning the death of his father and as a consequence was unable to concentrate on training.

Honestly, if the contract was unacceptable and breaking IBF rules why didn't Povetkin's lawyers send a letter to the IBF in order to strip Wlad? Ever thought about that?

Thing is with Vit...ok, he's slowing down but the ****er hasn't even lost a round since coming back.

He's far too tough for Haye. How could Haye beat him? The same tactics he used against Valuev? Wouldn't work as Vitali's ability to cut down the ring makes it impossible.

Vitali doesn't have explosive power but he throws plenty of leather and would undoubtably be the hardest puncher Haye has EVER faced. He's getting knocked out by either bro.

I agree Beeston that Wlad is the harder fight but to say 70/30 in Hayes favour over Vit, I think thats crazy.

I think David Haye could beat Wladimir K, if he just banked all his power and pressured Wladimir K from the start.

But we know, this is not David Haye's type of fight.......because he's a cagey counter puncher. I always remember a interview, before his first orginal fight with Wladimir. And David Haye in this interview, stated he would have to fight more like Mike Tyson to win the fight.

All of this Cagey, running around buisness and throwing a handfull of punches......would not beat Wladimir K.

    Nope..

What's this got to do with me believing in what other posters say? What's naive is believing Haye/Booth when they say they didn't accept a fight with Wlad because of issues with contracts, when it's obvious what's really going on. Do you also believe Haye when he says the reason he chose Harrison as an opponent is because he recieves thousands of e-mails beggin him to fight him?

Maybe I came across as a bit of a twat, but it's nothing personal and I stand by what I said. I think you're such a fan of Haye (or maybe a hater of the Klits) that even now, even after everything that's happened, somehow you find a way to place the blame for this fight not happening on the Klitschkos, and yes, I think you're clutching at straws and are letting your feelings for a fighter cloud your judgement.

It's clear Haye has ducked a fight with Wlad or Vitali.

He is entertaining when he talks, but when he steps in the ring he is hit or miss.

Valuev and Abdoul...what other fights involving Haye have not been that entertaining?

Diarrhea of the mouth does not win fights and that's all Haye has going for him. Suddenly Haye became quiet, until Vitali and Vlad signed for other fights.

Because if I were Wlad's lawyers I would have made sure that would not have been an option. They're not that stupid.

The bottom line is, I dont believe many fighters would genuinley duck another. Yet lots of people on this site seem to believe absolutely everybody is running away from the Klitschkos.

    Sorry but that's bollocks.

In the list of ATG heavyweight champs the Klits rank fairly low. They're just not that scary.
Thats why im prepared to give time to other alternatives.

Ive no idea how many emails he got. And neither do you.

But he is fighting Harrison because he'll make a ****-load of cash for what will most likely be an easy nights work.

That's just good business sense. Nobody can argue that.

As for my feelings about Haye....
I'll just answer that by saying that you are obviously blinded by your love for the Klitschko brothers.

Look mate I was one of Hayes biggest fans and i defended him for the past year on here......but he was offered 50-50 with no options to fight Wladamir Klitscko and he turned it down.

He came up with the excuse about german TV knowing full well the klitsckos could not break there existing contract. Next time the sit down to negotiate Haye and Booth will come out with the "Chagaev is our mandatory" excuse.

Haye can make serious money with little risk. Good luck to him. but he has ducked the Klitsckos. I ****ING HATE THE KLITSCKOS and Haye was my favourite fighter at the beginning of the year......its a clear duck

You see I agree with you when you say nobody needs to be afraid of the Klitschko brothers. They're no überhuman monsters. They're beatable.

The problem is you have guys like Povetkin, Valuev and Haye who can make good enough money fighting nobodies with much much less risk. They're not physically scared of the brothers, nobody is. They just realize a loss to either brother would damage their future earning potential.

You don't have to call it ducking, but it is obvious to anyone with a brain that they're not chasing a fight with the Klitschkos. These contenders are not boxing for the sport, they're not boxing for the legacy books.

Who is arguing that? This is what I've been saying all along. Haye "ducked" a fight with Wlad so he could make an easy payday against Harrison and fight Wlad later on down the line when he is ready to retire. We can use any word we like "ducked", "avoided", "bitched out", it makes no difference, it's just words. The thing is, he called out the Klits to make a name for himself but when it came to signing the contract he created problems because he couldn't exactly come out and say "Hey man, I wanna milk this strap for all it's worth before I risk a fight against Wlad, let me make a payday against Audley first". He aint gonna come out and say that but that's what it was.

So how on earth have you found a way to blame the Klits for this when it's clear that your boy is not ready yet, and doesn't want none for now. That calling out he did was just self-promotion.

No I don't love the Klits. I think they get way too much stick though. These dudes fight whoever is put in front of them, they've been dominating the division for years, and haven't done much wrong apart from being a bit boring at times. People always bring up past fighters to knock them.
