5 Northern Ireland Medals (great showing), 5 England Medals (slightly above expectation, need 2 golds to meet target still assuming Yefai was 1 of the 3 they wanted), 3 Wales (without Selby being 1 this is a good result) and 3 Scotland (again impressive) overally the 'home nations' have achieved very good results that im sure will help thier funding pushing towards 2012. Whether you like to be associated as British or in particular support boxers from your nation if you like its been a succesful games.

Troll thread of course, thought id just bring a touch of normality and truth to it. Im proud to be English and British and therefore for me its been a succesful games without 1 of Englands top contenders for Gold.

    Or in short- no.

Kal yafai would stop haroon if not beat him very easy an he was the number 1 choice but since he was injured stubs stepped up which I think was wrong because he was better at 49 an proven where not at 52 but the choice came back to haunt them with stubs where kal will stay am till 2012 an haroon won't get his chance cause kal is better

Sacked? The way the Games are going so far, he should end up on the Honors List.

Can't get all of them right, but you'd have to be a bit of a mentalist to sack him over this.

Don't rate McCracken at all as a trainer. Was not impressed at his work with Eastman and Witter.

Bit of a crazy start to the thread???:roll:Agenda???

McCracken is proving to be a very good coach if you ask me, Im also told by many of the lads on the squad he's a brilliant coach and is also good to get along with which is so refreshing to hear as the old system was just a joke, I know from personal experience...England are dominating the boxing just like in Melbourne in 2004, I fully expect us to look like the Cuba of the Commenwealth however it'll be tougher at Euro's and Worlds be sure of that..;)

I still feel McCracken is doing a great job along with Woodhall,Halloway and other various coaches who help him out...:good
