He should be fighting John Murray.

Hes def not fighting Arthur because Arthur is fighting on Warrens Glasgow card on the 4th of Dec. Id imagine he'll be on the 11th card in an 8 rounder against A.Random.

Well Mitchell has world level aspirations? If he cant prove he is the best in the UK and Europe then why should he get another world title shot?

Also Murray loves domestic bouts, He is always talking about a Khan fight, So did Mitchell since they both want a Khan fight they should fight each other and Khan can fight the winner.

Its win win for everyone, Murray gets to test himself against someone who isnt a tomato can, Mitchell gets a shot at the British and EU title, Khan gets to fight the winner of them two in a homecoming fight.

fair enough but not until late 2011.

You know Mitchell and Murray are both going to be 27 late 2011?

At this rate they will both be 30 before they get a world title shot, Mitchell got a shot and blew it because he was too busy talking instead of training kind of what Khan is doing just now, Talking constantly and not training hard and flying around all over the place.

I wont be suprised if Khan gets knocked out like Mitchell becuase of the lack of focus.

Why so late for such a fight?

you thought Robert McCracken should get the sack...so I don't no why i am bothering but...

its not a big fight yet. Nobody knows who Murray is, and mitchell is coming of a big loss. The fight at this stage would not only fail to receive the hype and exposure it deserves, it would also be one sided.

Mitchell needs to get 2-3 wins under his belt, perhaps pick up the European title vacated by Murray.

Murray needs to sign with a big promoter who can promote him properly and make him a star. This takes time.

27 is not old for a boxer. Perfect age to be at world level.

I think after a warm up fight thats a good shout, coz kevin imo could be a world class fighter and murry is on the verge also, good fight this one if it happens.i'd favour kevin has he doesn't get hit as often,i think if murry got hit the same amount of punches with a world class fighter as he did in his last fight he'll be in trouble.

    I don't like the guy but he's got a point.:deal

Rob are you trying to give fat Hennesy's point of view (i.e. fight safe fights until you have a 40-0 record)??

This fight would be perfect timing for the both of them, or at best they are 1 fight off it.

Mitchell had his chance, he's unlikely to get another like that. I imagine he'll carry on boxing however

Murray needs to look ahead of him, he's Euro champ and should be looking to break onto the world stage.

Khan is looking at the likes of Bradley/Alexander, Marquez, Mayweather... he is not going to be fighting John Murray unless he had successive losses.

All these domestic boxers who try and get press off the back of Khan's name and say he's scared of them are deluded in thinking they are in the same league. Khan is on the world stage planning to fight world class boxers... If Murray wants Khan he needs to win a belt first.

no i am pointing out that hennesey has done a **** job at promoting him so nobody knows who he is.

if the fight takes place in december its just another fight on a big warren bill. if it takes place at the end of 2011 it could sell 10k on its own in manchester or london.
