    What a bunch of bull****.

Arum believes that Pavlik loses badly at 168, so he wants him to stay at 160 so he can keep making money off of him.

You're turning into quite the Diva.

What the **** does Bob Arum know about making weight? Kelly Pavlik should not be fighting at MW. His in the ring weight against Martinez was 178lbs - a gain of 18lbs between the weigh in & the fight! He needs to move to 168lbs Pronto!

If he carries on draining himself so much to make 160lbs, he will soon lose to a guy he shouldn't at MW! It will happen!

Pavlik may have even damanged himself too much making weight!

He will probably end up like Corrales, where your body just refuses to drain itself anymore & then you end up totally shot.

If anybody actually believes that Arum gives a **** about anything other than money, then they are a fool.

And what, exactly, do you now about the causes of Pavlik's weight dilemna?

Are you a sports nutritionist accustomed to working with world class athletes?

Are you aware that Pavlik is currently lighter than he has been at this point of a training camp in 5 or 6 years?

Have you read any of the dozen or so articles that made it clear they will make a decision after the Vera fight?

I suggest you leave the decisions to the professionals, and if you wish to post an opinion, educate yourself first.

Pavlik has ZERO chance unless he grows more hair. The only way to beat Bute is if you have Librado-like hair. That's what makes him susceptible to right hands. And even then, it's unlikely for Kelly to win.

Pavlik vs Bute would be an interesting fight. Andrade still had Bute out in that first fight, despite the controversy. A well acclimated Pavlik at 168 could make things real interesting. Bute does have a lot of stylistic advantages though.

I couldn't see it going the distance either way. HBO should push for it if Pav decides to move up, since it would be an all action fight.

Bottom line, HBO will again have a big say in what happens. Pavlik relies on HBO and if they call that fight as being a must, then they'll probably take it, unless they can confidently lure in P. Williams or Martinez in fights.

If it happens, Bute by knockout. Why do you think Ward refused to fight Bute? Why was Bute not allowed to fight in tournament. Looks like Ward will get his next fight in his home town once again! Why is that? Dirrell knew he would be cheated in Ward's home town. They fought over who would get fight in home town!

Jean Bédard, Interbox promoter, said yesterday he received an offer to face Pavlik at 166.
