    Sorry if we are going down that route I have to go with Gene Tunney as the greatest white heavyweight. But I get your point.

    she was half cherokee half irish, thats white enough and his father was irish

    how is it racist thread?

    im the biggest fan of many black & other different race fighters

    just tired of these guys idolizing the klitschkos when i believe their not on the level of the greats

    boxer...not fighter ....but boxer. (boxers are fighters too) , but you have to clarify this difference. because when you just say "fighter" , you then have to includ mma.

    and if you include mma , Dempsey is nowhere near the greatest. ( that aside , he's not even the best white boxer anyway...)

    i dont consider twisting a mans foot to win a fight as true fighting

    so we will exclude mma.

    even though i think its good its not true form of fighting like punches kicks knees.

    in the old times if a man went to the ground u gave him a chance to get up.

    despite the stupidity of this thread I would favor Marciano to smash Dempsey. If Jack could not get Marciano out of there in the first 4 rounds he would end up getting knocked out. :deal
