Has this show even been confirmed as a PPV? No mention of the press conference on Sky at all

 

I would expect them to show Del Boys fight from Germany for the World title it makes sense to show that in the UK. As for a show in the UK it could be anyone on the bill I would reckon you will see Kevin Mitchell on a bill in the UK along with the Olympians. Cant see Macklin on the bill we dont know what way he is going to go. Should be fighting for a World title by now. Seems to me he has taken a step backwards back to European level when he should be in there with fighting for World titles. Maybe a fight for Ryan Rhodes if they can sort something out.

 

Neither Macklin or Rhodes are promoted by Warren!

Boxing News seem to think it will be

Smith vs DeGale for the British
Clever vs ???Not Braehmer for the WBO interim title
Brook vs Theophane for the WBO international title
Macklin vs ??? Barker will not be ready. Domenico Spada is the highest avalible contender.
Bellew vs McIntosh for Commonwealth and vacant British
Gavin in a step up, wont be British or Commonwealth.

Larry Olubawimou vs John McDermott will be on the card. Frank Warren won purse bids for it. Not a top level fight but will be fun.

 

if that is the line-up , im not that impressed.
