    Purse bids have been called for Macklin versus Barker in rome next tuesday,,,,,Unless a suitable alternative can be reached then the purse bids become null and void....The December 11th card for sure.It has to be.....Cmon Macklin :bbb:happy:boxer:happy

    Will Barker be back to full fitness by then? I doubt it, Macklin should just go for a world title eliminator. If the Barker fight was destined to happen, it would have happened by now.

    Macklin he isnt going anywere fast is he? When he first won the European title and the way he won it I thought he would of had a World title shot by now. It seems this Barker **** has held him back. IF the Barker fight happens then after it he has to have a World title fight lined up if he doesnt I will be highly pissed off at how it is going. It just seems like a world title fight for Mack is a long way off.

    the presser for Warrens super show later in the year said Macklin will defend his EBU title! nothing about a world title or eliminator
