From the top of my head, Shane Mosley, Roy Jones Jr., Fernando Vargas, Felix Trinidad, and Antonio Margarito.
Some people consider these guys great and even all time greats! How!?
I understand that they were skilled but it doesn't change the fact that they cheated

Trinidad is not in that group. He did not take steroids or load his gloves.

Roach said de la Hoya and Barrera did this. This is going to be a long list but lets start with the most horrible *******.

    Luis Resto.

Mayweather says that Pacquiao is juicing, do you believe that?
I'm pretty sure theres tons of things that boxers do to have an advantage but they don't get caught. The fighters that I mentioned have actually got caught.

Luis Resto cheated and got banned for life in boxing. Antonio Margarito got caught with loaded hand wraps about 2 years ago and gets awarded this huge opportunity against Manny Pacquiao at Cowboys stadium.
    Nice..

I thought he was caught with illegal handwraps when he was about to fight Hopkins.

There is reason for suspicion but I think he's clean. I could be wrong though. To me the Klitschkos are more suspicious considering Vitali has actually tested positive for steroids before and both him and his bro are killing competition. Manny is on a roll but for a pro boxer Bobby Pac's skills are a pile of dung.

Edit: Vitali just admitted to using steroids; he didn't actually test positive

You're comparing apples to oranges. Thing is, every fighter including Mayweather himself is allowed to use xylocaine in Nevada whereas PEDs or steroids is completely illegal. I would totally be fine with Pac juicing if every other fighter is given the same right. All I ask for is an even playing field. Mayweather's opponents could've used Xylocaine if they wanted so you can't really say Floyd cheated.
