Whenever I saw Tarver fight at LHW, the only fights he really excelled in was against Roy Jones. The rest of the fights, he looked like he was really trying to conserve his energy and looked drained from making weight. Will he look better at this weight?
not at 42. loud mouth douchebag should stick to commentary (he's getting to be my favourite behind the mic) and leave the fight game he wasn't nearly as good as he thought he was at 175, at heavy he's going to get destroyed
Tarver is just too old at this point in time, if he was 5 yrs younger, he could make some noise but not at his old ass age, I don't think his next opponent is anything more than a limited club-fighter, so he probably will win.
Not only his age but did you see the weigh in pictures, the man is fat... I would be surprised if he wins tomorrow night...
actually kinda looking forward to him getting destroyed. obviously i hope the man doesn't get truly hurt but would be nice to see him get KTFO

its funny how the dumbass ESB board said he put on on 20 plus pounds of muscle for the rocky movie....but in actuality he simply ate and didnt do cardio...BOOOOOM , theres your 20 pounds.....
I believe he'll use his name and get a few more paydays before being exposed. With that said, I do believe that his frame can carry 200+ lbs without any serious problems and being a southpaw will help him have some moderate success against fringe contenders. Who knows, if he can string together a couple of wins he'll probably get a shot at Haye...lol.
