    Are you for real?
He was a hyped job, has nothing to do with his race or religion. check the greaterst FW resume, and tell me what Hammed is lacking on his.

His arrogance and the way he spoke make him a bully? Show me a boxer who doesn't show confidence/arrogance when they speak...it was part of his act, and a very entertaining act. So if we are going by your theory, 99% of boxers in history are bullies? Whenever there is banter before a bout, both of those boxer's are bullies?

Here's the definition of bully, 'A person who is habitually cruel or overbearing, especially to smaller or weaker people'...have you ever met the guy or spoken to him in person? If your answer is no, how do you know that this act is his real persona? How do you know that once the camera's are off him he doesn't revert back to his 'normal' persona?

I can't defend the careless driving, and he got what he deserved.

Both started their respective career's at around 114lbs or there about. Hamed was not a FW all his life.

    Barrera was 5'6.
Hamed was 5'4-ish...he was a small Featherweight.

can you read? " a least since 1995, when he won the WBO FW Belt", right about the same time Barrera was at Batam, boxing is ot about heigh is about weight. I know you like the guy, and he was fun to watch, but face it, the guy ran for cover when things got a little competitive, the only elite fighter that he fought while on his prime, was Barrera, McCullough, Kelly and Vazquez they all were past their prime, he could had done alot more, but the guy has no balls.

Yes I can read, but it doesn't make sense, 'Hammed was a FW all his life ( a least since 1995 when he won the fw WBO belt)'...it's like saying, 'Pacquiao was a Welterweight all his life (at least since 2009, when he won the WBO Welterweight belt.'

Neither have been at that said weight all their life, even if you say 'at least since'...you are contradicting yourself.

You keep arguing his resume to me, and not once have I brought it up in this debate. I know his resume could have been better, and he could have achieved a lot more in this sport than he did...but what can you do? It's not like I'm here making statements that he is the Greatest of All Time, etc.

As for, 'boxing is ot about heigh is about weight'...I know that, but he was fighting above his weight class.

'A person who is habitually cruel or overbearing, especially to smaller or weaker people' exactly, he sign to fight Barrera because he thought he was shot, smaller and past his prime.
'he was fighting above his weight class" Then he was lazy! and to tell you the truth he look to me like a full fledge FW, he was not tall but he was strong and wide and could punch like a mule.
I'm going to give u an ex. of FW with great resume:
    Alexis Arguellos
    Eder Jofre(batam-FW)
    Puas Olivares (Batam-FW)
    Salvador SAnches
    Jose Legra
    Kid Chocolate
    Sugar Ramos
    Vicente Saldivar
I'm not saying these are the best of all time, just that they have a better resume than PH, and more balls too.

I consider Fraud a bully, that is my definition, he hasn't fought anyone close to his age or someone that could give him trouble, he is handpicking his opponents, just like he did with Marquez, Baldomir, Mosley (after 6 years in the making).

    *That is your opinion.
And you think he is a bully based on that?

I've read a couple of quotes on here that suggested he was fighting at the higher weight for the chance at getting the bigger bouts. And when asked if he wanted to fight Mayweather at a 128lbs (?) catchweight, his answer was...'How much higher do they want me to go?' (along those lines).

'Can you read?' Why are you bringing up a list of Featherweight greats, I'm not soft...I know who they are. And I'm not discussing his resume, or comparing his resume. I'm discussing the fact that you think he is a bully by the way he talks, which in all likelihood is just an act for the camera...as was pointed out, he was a great showman. And that you consider Barrera the smaller guy.

Do people actually realise that Hamed fought AFTER Barrera or does their selective memory/racism/prejudice/hatred start and finish at the Barrera fight? Boxing fans my ass. My 15 month old daughter has more ****ing intelligence half the 'experts' on here.

Theres no doubt he was a great fighter but the 1 thing that lets him down is that he spat his dummy out when Barrera schooled him. His massive ego couldn't take it so he retired, after a **** poor performance against calvo that is
