262...not great. Briggs got a weakness for currywurst? And of course Vitali is a perfectly conditioned 250, as he's been for all his fights the last 10 freaking years. I feel bad for Vitali that a lame ACDC song is his signature music in Germany.
When Vitali's entorage comes out Shannon makes like he's going to attack Wladimir, Wlad doesn't flinch which seems to surprise Shannon. Someone from the audience shouts "Punch him in the mouth Shannon" :rofl Shannon says "It's my time, it's my time" Repeats about 7 times Crowd starts to chant: "Klitschko, Klitschko, Klitschko, Klitschko..........."
I think Briggs knows better. Vitali is the wrong Klitschko to pic a brawl with. Remember his fight back during the elections in the Ukraine. Someone please post that classic picture.
I don't know why people think Briggs needs to come in lighter, when his only chance of winning is landing a big shot in the first 3 rounds, he needs as much weight behind that punch or punches as possible. If he doesn't knock him out in-between 3 this fight is over.
After this fight, Briggs is going to quit boxing and become a rapper, with Wlad walking around filming him over the next year for a documentary he's making.
Briggs weight is not an issue. It isn't like he was going to outbox Vitali and win later in the fight. If Briggs has a chance, it would be in the first few rounds anyways. They both look to be in great shape.
Briggs could extend that chance to 5-8 rounds had he come in proper shape (under 250lbs). As it stands its gonna be ugly and boring to watch this guy standing in one place, huffing and puffing by the 3rd round.
