technically yes. but as a boxing fan you would credit this win over barrera as pacquiao's best win ever until floyd decides to fight him next year.

WTF? he was considered already a 3 time world champion then when he beats barrera. don't think that they had just count the featherweight ring title which is also lineal btw, to make it 7 times when he beat cotto at welter.

also pacquiao also has another achievement that only he has claimed so far if you cannot sleep at night thinking that he is not a 7 weight division champion. he is also the only fighter in history, if i'm not mistaken, who was lineal in 4 weight categories, 112, 126, 130 and 140.
