    Which among these two greats have a better resume?

    Whitaker's the greater fighter, but Pac's resume is superior.

    I have to go with Pacquiao here. At this time, I still rank Pea higher in a P4P sense but Pac's resume really is incredible.

    Very close Whitakers biggest wins were against Ramirez and Nelson , and his skills were as good as any great.

    I think Manny has the edge in resume just.

    Only good fighters Pacquiao beat were Morales and Marquez, unfortunately Morales was shot all 3 times and he still won the first. Whitaker has the better resume get real.
