    Exactly.

I love how the sympathetic "people's champ" in Vitali always has to get his little asterisk in, even when people open their eyes and admit Wladimir has grown into the more effective and dominant fighter. "- BUT, Vitali's tougher/sturdier/more of a fighter".

Head to head, I gotta go with Vitali. He may be slower, but, he is a master at what he does, long range fighting. And that chin is incredible. Lewis was punching him all nite with right hands and he refused to go down. I also believe he is smarter in the ring than Wlad. Wlad panicks when he is in trouble, Vitali keeps his composure. He is like one of those old school fighters u watch in old boxing documentaries. He can go all nite and is tough as nails, old school

When's the last time Wlad panicked? When's the last time his chin became a factor in a fight?

If Wlad didn't clinch too much, he'll be panicking alot. But in all honesty at this moment Wlad is better but i rather watch Vitali fight cause atleast he takes chances and is far tougher.

What big risky "chances" has Vitali had to take recently?

His opponents have been as impotent and hopelessly outclassed as Wladimir's, if not more so (which doesn't mean Vitali is more dominant, so much as he's taking weaker challenges).

He's fought big punchers in Sanders (Who Ko Wlad incase you forgot), Peter, Arreola and now Briggs in which he easily beat up all 4 of them like nothing.

prime vs prime, its wlad. wlad is in his prime now. before, people compared prime vitali to wlad at the time. vitali always looked a little better because hes like 5 years older, but at the same age wlad>vitali

I think Wlad is better and much more the athlete than his older brother. He also can switch someones lights out with one huge punch.
But I think Vitali is harder to beat.
They both are so dominant it isn't even funny, but against Wlad there's always that little punchers chance. Vitali just sucks it up and punishes his opponent until they crumble, give up, or start crying (or any combination of those).

No question, Vitali is the better fighter and always will be. Older brother always has the number on the younger brother. I can't believe the poll is even close. Boxing rookies you are who voted for Wlad.

Why does it matter. they both are BUMS. send brock lesnar over there and beat the living crap out of these paper champs. If vatali cant finish a washed up briggs, how is he great? if Wlad gets KO'd by a smaller 6ft corries sanders with no punching power in 2003. How is he great??

    Great non-answer.

What in-fight risks did he take, since you went out of your way to make a point of mentioning it?

Did he ever put his hands behind his back or pull a Nate Campbell or Ricardo Mayorga?

What exactly did he do that was so laudably audacious against any of those big punchers you mentioned?

That little puncher's change has all but evaporated in the last six years. I don't know that anybody in the division right now does have even a puncher's chance against WK.
