Nice. Tell it like it is. I'll do the same. You folks out there are yet to see the full Bad Assness that Ward is capable of bringing to the table. I promise.
I'm not going as far to call him a badass, he's not actually stopping and walking through his opponents. Maybe if you count his dirty tactics in the ring. But he may actually be the most badass agoraphobic in the world.
Dirty tactics in the ring huh? Well I got news for you....that ring is a dirty place. You don't have to stop people and walk through them to qualify as a Bad Ass. Beating world class fighters flawlessly and handily is quite sufficient.
Do you see him reaching that spot by remaining at 168, or do you see him moving up to light heavyweight and dominating there after cleaning out the Super Six and beating Bute? That's the only way I can see him becoming a consensus #1 in the sport...and honestly it seems a bit far-fetched. He's already not huge for a super middleweight...
I think after Manny and Floyd are gone, Bute vs. Ward will be the fight that determines who is P4P #1.
what is it with you and racism, man ? if you were to ask everyone on this forum who their favourite fighter in history was, 90% of the posters (including me) would say a fighter who is black. so stop with the bull****, yeah. also, he never beat kessler. he cheated against him. anyone who has eyes in their head could clearly see that the fight wasn't fair. one of the worst refs i've seen also.
beating world class fighters ? apart from cheating kessler out of his title, who are these world class fighters he's beat ?
it could be. three course meals in a tablet, flying cars, and sex dolls that are life like. me. i'm more a fan of the past.
i've heard he's started taking showers before fights now. so hopefully he'll be a lot cleaner in the future.
he was comprehensively schooling Kessler. He was doing so before any headbutts occurred. I invite you to watch the first two rounds. No headbutts. And yet Ward is winning the rounds (he wins later rounds even more convincingly, of course). He could have -- and did -- do that all night.
