Don't know. But whether or not he is, why even fight @ that weight? There are enough weigh classes as it is.

I personally don't care about the weight too much cause I find it absurd Margarito gets this fight somehow. Pacquiao will beat the snot out of him at 151 or 154.

In fact, Pacquiao can look like a slickster vs the slow, plodding Margo I think.

LMW limit is 154 pounds and Pacman would weight the same for either weight.

As I said, he beats the snot out of him regardless of 3 pounds so might as well allow Cheato the limit of 154. It doesn't take away from a win then, at least in the eyes of some. I just think there are too many damned weight classes I guess.
