hopkins beat calzaghe quite easily on clean, effective work done. calzaghe was very flawed, and his resume was feeble. history will recognize that long after this era has passed.

And I call you pin head Round1gymDC. So what? Tell me a more dominant supper middle? So what if he did a few lines. What does that have to do with anything?`Babe Ruth did amphetamines. Does that take away something?

you said that he fakes low blows to get points deducted from the other fighter.

You said you knew this to be so because he was down on the cards against Calzaghe.

I said he did the same thing when he knew he was up on the cards against Jones.

The you said something incoherent and that's where we are now.

The Joke posters keep coming . Hopkins didnt do much clean effective work. Less than Calzaghe, who outlanded Hopkins. The diffence is Hopkins scored a KD in round when Joe was square on and landed with a headbutt before a punch landed to end round 7, which people remember, but look at the rest of round 7 and in my opinion, Joe clearly won that round.
Joes resume is arguable to Hopkins, and in my opinion greater, when broken down

Look...At the end of the day, it all comes down to this: Joe Calzaghe is a RETIRED Fighter. Let's all move the **** on. I have said time & time again that Calzaghe was a DAMN GOOD FIGHTER and there is NO doubt about that. But all Boxing fans (except his die-hard fans who just can't comprehend this) will always question his resume because outside of "Past-Their-Prime" Hopkins and Jones...None of those fighters are HARDLY RECOGNIZABLE. Sure Eubanks and Kessler were Solid wins and you could also call his win over Lacy Solid as well. But to any Boxing fan, how can you explain fighters like Hatton, Bruno, Witter and even Clinton Woods that had NO problems with "Crossing the Pond" to fight the ELITE FIGHTERS, yet Calzaghe failed to do so early on in his career.

It's kinda' funny that every Boxing critic, guru and forum poster have NO problems with questioning the Resume of Floyd Mayweather, or want fighters like Bradley, Alexander and Berto to fight Jesus and King Kong within their first 25 Pro Fights...Yet wanting Calzaghe to fight the Top-Elite-Level fighters in the World and do it outside of the UK...IS BLASPHEMY!!!

So yeah...we get it, Calzaghe is the Greatest. He would have surely beaten Jones and Hopkins or any Prime North American fighter like Wright, Taylor, Glen Johnson and more from 97-05.

So you know what all bookmakers had for Calzaghe vs Eubank, but fail to acknowledge the true fact that I have a copy of 100 years of Boxing News where it clearly states in Black & White that Calzaghe was underdog when he beat Eubank. Fact :deal

    Bailey's first name is, Beetle.
He knows squat about boxing and much about HYPE.
Calzaghe will NEVER be seen but anyone other than the deluded as a great champion.
Everyone knows he HID out in Wales his entire career, and only came out after all the threats were too old or well past their primes. Therefore, he beat no prime ATGs in his career and instead choose to fight taxi cab drivers, C & B level competition and a few past prime champions.
That makes him far less than a great in any real boxing fans eyes.
LOL, next Beetle Bailey will be harping on about Mickey Ward being an ATG.

President you have just Pwned yourself again like the clueless fool you are.
Out of 24 world title fights Calzaghe only had 11 in Wales :patsch, less than half of his world title fights, and he fought in 6 different countries :patsch during his reign.
All what threats? Hopkins wouldnt fight Calzaghe and backed out to fight for less money, thats a fact :deal.
How can Hopkins, Kessler and Lacy be past their prime champs. Dont make a bigger fool of yourself by trying to answer about Kessler and Lacy but consider Calzaghe beat Hopkins sandwiched between Hopkins best wins and when Hopkins was Ring LHW champ and P4P #3 .

I could go on, but you :pwned yourself bigger than I could be bothered to do
