"You were shocked watching the Briggs-Klitschko fight from Hamburg?

I was. It was a horror, something that starting with the six, seventh rounds had nothing to do with boxing. Shannon was basically motionless, no head movement, no movement at all, with his hands low and standing in front of one of the hardest hitting men in the heavyweight division. He fought like he wanted to die here."

Hes right really, though maybe a bit ott, but **** i just rewatched it, and it was not fun to see at all, so one sided, like a slow execution, i also wonder did vitali not want to really KO him, but just batter him and punish him, he sure looked like he was enjoying himself in there, and in nor real rush

I love adamek (no homo), but against a Klitschko he goes down early, real early.

Nobody gives him any shot to be competitive? He's fast, has a pretty good chin, good hand speed, good movement and footwork... i'd be pulling for him.

Vitali does seem to enjoy punishing people. It was strange seeing those two be nice to one another after some of the **** Briggs said in the past.

    I guess Vitali didn't forget.

Yeah he is right. At 1st i thought id see Briggs trying atleast to not get hit while he found somethin to rattle Vitali but all he did was move his head a little, no defence and no steppin away from shots. I thought well this aint guna last long.

But the more it went the more i became less frustrated about Briggs and more nervous for him, it was clear he was never guna come back with anything and it looked to me for the last 3 or 4 rounds he didnt even really know where he was.

I hope he turns out to be ok once hes recovered.

Adamek isnt afraid, nor does he sound it. If you read the whole thing he goes on to say he is nothing like Briggs and he doesnt think Briggs could even beat Grant (respectively) and that he will probably fight Vitali after his next fight. He wasnt saying vitali was frightening, he was saying the punishment that briggs was taking made the fight frightening, because he didnt understand why briggs wasnt using some basic boxing defence.

    WAR ADAMEK!

That was a brutal beating Briggs took. The fight should have been stopped.

Personally I think Adamek does well against Vitali, and gets smashed hard by Wlad. I know this will get laughed out of the thread, lol, but I actually think Adamek can beat Vitali if he fights the perfect fight and Vitali isnt at his best.

Vitali has a real mean streak. I forget which round it was, but the second time Briggs held and hit him, Vitali can after him and hit him will three or four bombs in a row. He was clearly pissed off.
