Ok. But it is not that clear, that he truly is H2H the best in the world right know.

    Accomplishment and toe-to-toe:
-Wladimir, imo, is barely out of the Top10. If he wins some more fights, he's clearly inside. By the time he's 36, he will be Top10 of all time.
-Vitali is Top20-25 right now. His resume is short. He might get to #17 or #18.

    Only toe-to-toe:
-Both are in the Top10 ever.

He was technically much better than either Klitschko. He was leagues ahead of the ability Vitali was in his prime.

age doesn't matter you imbecile!!... so what, tyson was the youngest heavyweight champ in history. it doesn't make him any greater.

foreman became an ATG by beating moorer ?

I don't get why people rank them SO highly H2H. Yes, they have size and great jabs and right hands, but they don't have as complete a skillset than the typical candidates for a top 10-20. Wlad is vulnerable to any HW puncher, and Vitali is the more basic fighter than Wlad. They have been dominant against big but incredibly one-dimensional fighters. Both have quite questionable losses on their records against mediocre boxers.

You don't think coming back at his age to regain the title wasn't a massive accomplishment? Of course it matters, it only speaks to Foreman's greatness and the depth of the 60's-70's that one of their best fighters from that period could come back and succeed in what some consider a VERY deep division in the 1990s.

I think Tyson ranks number 1 because he was young. Foreman was number 2 because he did it when he was old. Then Archie Moore 3rd? Tyson Fury is top 5 at least, because he is a 6'9" boy. Ali comes in around 42-44 along with the other heavyweights who weren't genetically gifted enough to be a young or old champion.

    ****ing bums.
