Yes

Titles in numerous weight classes, 4 wins over future hall of famers and ATGs and several other wins over excellent fighters.

 

Depends on your definition. He's top 100 for sure, surely not top 50 though.

Yes... He's already featured in the Ring magazine being compared with the best ATGs. Fans & Experts are all matching Pac with any of the ATGs & the best fighters of today. Everybody's talking about Pac-DLH matchup???? Did anybody talk about DLH vs EM, MAB, JMM, Diazes, or any of the current 135 & below fighters???? Nobody but Pac & there's a reason for that. He's already an ATG. On what Level????? He's still on the rise...... Stay tuned.

 

If he beat Marquez yea. I dont rate titles in multiple weight classes very high considering how many titles there are. He has some good wins but he needs to do a little more before he is considered an atg.

Not by beating casa. A LOT of people thought casa lost his last fight and therefore isnt rated as high now as he was before the fight. I think most would agree Juan Diaz is the best at 135 and it isnt close.

i give him the first barrea fight thats it em was shot all 3 times they fought i give him the cholo fight and the solis fight he's a great fighter just not atg yet but i have no doubt he will be an atg:thumbsup
