why do people say he can beat the klits?

well against vitali, you would assume his age and speed can overcome vitali's experience. atleast that is how i see it. i give him 60% vs vitali.

and vs wlad, he won't win, but if he lands a bomb who knows, he would have to fight a different style to land it. i give him 10% vs wlad max.

and ye unifying cruiser is a good achievement. he beat gurov, fragomeni, mormeck and mac. good names.

at hw, he beat barret valuev, ruiz. it aint an atg resume, but it aint too bad really.

Because he's actually athletic, fast anD has power, unlike 99% of the current heavyweights. DaviD hayE isn't as GooD as he makes himself out to be but he's better than most heavies out there. Either way the heavyweight Division sucks.

:rofl 'prime Hide'. Haye has better wins at HW than Hide :deal. Hide was 'tested' - he got put down time and time again against Bowe.
The same Sanders who was 38 and had lost to Rahman in his prime?
So? That's not a win on his record.

:rofl:rofl You have got to be joking. Haye has done more at HW in less fights than Johnson. Since when does beating a 40-something Seldon make you a HW contender?
Fatty Kirk who was at a career heavy weight and clearly out of shape. A decent win but nothing special. It would be a standard HW defence for someone like Lewis or Holmes.

Another unprepared, overweight guy. When Sam Peter's one of your best wins and people claim your an ATG hw then there's something wrong. The same Sam Peter that got put on his arse 3 times by McCline. Something Vitali couldn't manage btw. "b,.b,.but he has the highest KO% of any HW champ in history!"

HBO hypejob. At least the HBO hyped fighter Lewis beat (Michael Grant) was kinda decent and had some decent-ish wins. Arreola has no dedication and in any other era wouldn't break the top 20, never mind top 10.

Albert "I lost to Zuri Lawrence" Sosnowski, that guy?

Couldn't KO a guy who didn't deserve the shot in the first place, who was practically a moving punching bag for Vitali all night. Lewis did a much better job against an inshape Briggs.

You really are scraping the barrel here. Surely it's no coincidence that Vitali has lost to the two best fighters he has faced. Of course he took the Lewis fight, that was his chance at the big time yet he came up short. The two other times Lewis came out of shape and unprepared he got KO'd. Yet against Vitali he got the win.

Beating guys like Sosnowski, Arreola, old Briggs, Hide, Johnson, Peter is nothing special.

I love how you use the yellow font for effects. Very clever and eye catching :good

In your original post, you watered down and dismissed all of Haye's achievements to convince your Klit-ite self that Haye does not post a threat to your beloved Klitschko brothers.

Now, I've broken down Vitali's so called "best wins". That leads to the question...what is there to suggest that Vitali has what it takes to beat Haye? :hey The Elder Klit's getting older, slowing down and hasn't faced a legitimate challenge for years (since Lewis basically). Now Haye brings speed, movement, angles and power to the table, as well as an iffy chin. It is possible, that he can pull it off. I'm not saying he definitely will but he could.

I don't give a **** either way, if Haye wins than that would be great but if he loses...meh. It's you Klitschko fans who are the biggest nuthuggers :hi:

Oh yeah, one more thing...Lewis TKO 6 Vitali :good

Yes it is. He took an old, old ruiz 10 rounds and Valuev the distance, he didn't put on an impressive show against any of those guys. I don't think he has the beard or the stamina necessary to beat either brother. He might take vitali the distance and outspeed him to a UD, but I see Wlad just making him suffer from the outside. If he can land on Wladimir significantly(which I kind of doubt, if he wasn't showing real killer instinct against guys like Valuev then you can bet that he will be cagey against the greatest HW puncher in the world) he has a chance to KO him. But it's really just a chance.

Solis, in shape, after a couple fights, has a much better shot imo.

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!!! NOW you're getting it! You put Sosnowski down based on his resume but fail to do the same for Haye - who was KTFO by a LHW! By your own logic whereby if an opponent has been previosuly KO'd he's nothing Sosnowski is insignificant but Haye somehow is! ROFL!!! :rofl Such a double standard!

This ladies and gentlemen of ESB is an official Haye 'Oil Boy'. Here you see him dismiss Vitali's opposition - at length - whilst blissfully ignoring the crux of this thread which is Haye's shameful resume in comparison.

The bottom line is this poster is putting Vitali's resume down while at the same time choosing to ignore Haye's which is far far far worse.

I had heard David had offered an official oiler boy position in his team but I had no idea it would be so hotly contested for! I am speechless.

a hw resume containing wins over barret, valuev and ruiz is pretty much as good as it gets in this era.

they are haye's 3 best hw wins, undoubtedly.

try and name some fighters with 3 better victories, i bet you won't get far

Haye did NOT beat Valuev, it was a terrible decision.

For those that need a refresher, start watching here:
    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uIrmV7WzWbE[/ame]

After watching, ask yourself this: Did Haye do enough to take the belt away from the Champion (who really wasn't the champion anyway, should have been Chagaev)? Absolutely not.

The 'oil boy' crack is so damn corny lol... Read this, and tell us whose words these are:

I mean what has he done, really?

Unified the CW division you say? Was Enzo really that good anyway? And Moremeck, is/was he that good - who had either of those guys beaten? What name did they defeat to establish their 'greatness'?

And his HW record? Most people think he drew or lost vs Valuev and I certainly don't think Ruiz or Barret were good measuring sticks. Explain to me why Haye is even that good - what name does he have on his resume that 'stands out'? How do we know he is better than Povetkin? Chambers? Thompson?

Now who's crying about who put who down first? If you can dish it out, make sure you are able to take it lol...

Yes he did. Valuev missed all night long and all the meaningful punches that connected came from Hayemaker.

Valuev was rightful two time WBA champion
    .
Chagaev was stripped of his title, because he had a bad case of HIV infection and couldn’t defend it against mandatories for two years.

After that his mandatory Valuev, fought Ruiz for the vacated WBA title and new champion was crowned.

So you have included two defeats and one match that didn’t happen in his achievements.:lol:

That more than anything, tells that his resume is teribly weak.
