I'm not 100% familiar with the origins of "baluga", and to me, it does sound racist (I have to check the origins first)

but para sa akin, I'll never agree that "negro" is a racist term. As I've said, I use it to describe a black man, and use it without malice.

And "Bumbay", I think, became the general description for Indians and Fil-Indians in the Philippines because IIRC the majority of the first wave of Indians who came here were originally from Bombay, India.

The word may have gotten a negative feel, through the years, but those names were not meant to be offensive.

I doubt you be using the word "negro" in front of black people you dont know, with or without intent to cause trouble. It can be considered racist depend how its used, how its said, who you are and who you said it to. You may not see it that way but others may do, so its probably best to play it safe. But if you wanna get used to calling black people negro well I dont really know...

I don't think that statement is racist. He is just telling the truth. Asian reproductive rates will overwhelm the world as western countries have no or negative rates.

China (1.3 billion), India(1.2 billin), Indonesia (200 million +), Japan (120), Bangladesh, Pakistan, vietnam, Philippines, Thailand are all in the top 20 in terms of population and comprised already more than half the world'd population.

In a way, the west is slowly being conquered by population race.

American Corporate world is slowly being swallowed the chinese. Give it another 30-50 years, and some of the biggest amaerican corporations would eventually become chinese. Even in Australia, prime CBD properties are already owned by chinese businessman, and property prices are driven by the demand of foreginers awashed with cash.

Ok, I'm not saying that there no crime in the Philippines at all. Seriously there are some other people that aren't Filipinos that think like that too. You shouldn't think badly about your own race.

Those squaters are working hard for their survival. I'm not in the Phil anymore but even I noticed that the pollution in Manila and other provinces have decreased not because foreign volunteers are cleaning it up for them but because the government is taking action. Most of those so called squaters have also stopped polluting their surroundings .
