    Context, man. Context.

If I said "Pards, nakita ko yung negro na import ng San Miguel Beermen sa SM Megamall kanina"

    Is that racist?

It's when and how you use it.

Any word can be offensive if you really wanna make it offensive.

Come on bula, maybe it isnt as bad as it sound, I know that.

But when you seen other countries and you see filipinos everywhere. Then you start to wonder why the hell are these people leaving their beloved country left right. Its probably isnt too bad if you are one of the wealthy one but this isnt the case for alot of filipinos.

I wouldnt know the figure and if you were to ask alot of pinoys I bet they would want to live/work abroad even if the human right is "zero" Do you ever wonder why?

It's amusing that majority of these boxers, (except Darchinyan, JMM and probably Malignaggi) called out Pac when Pac was fighting south of their own division.

it's cool bro, just like your people went through the worst... your people are strong like mine and we made it by faith and prayers.. i can only imagine back then when the odds where against us, who knew our people would make it this far to be on top, i guess what goes around comes around.

About 3 years ago, a survey was conducted regarding this question and they found out at 5% level of significance that almost 7 out of every ten filipinos wanted to work abroad. The figure has gone down since then but it's still a five or a six, I'm not so sure.

    Manila.

    Is.

    Not.

    Necessarily.

    The.

    Whole.

    Philippines.

Go around the country first before judging the whole place, not just from seeing one city.

Plus I've been going around Manila for weeks now, and it's anot as bad as you're describing it to be.

Maybe the worst areas are like that. But Manila is pretty cool, for a not so rich country boy like me.
