As soon as Chisora landed his shot, the neccesity to get his fighters in tough fights abated.

    It'll be -

    Chisora-Wlad
    Degale - Smith

And a **** load of easy time marking fights.

Cleverly's is not bad but probably past it, could get some useful rounds in though.

    Macklin's..well...no comment

DeGale/Smith is the main event really.

Clev's opponent isn't to bad and is a decent keep busy fight for now. But Macklins is nothing short of horrifying he is even worse then Jomardashvili who was brought in on 2 weeks notice, has Frank even tried to make a decent fight for Mack.

Awful level of opponents tbh. When combined with Harrison for Gavins opponents so far Smith v Degale is the only decent fight on the Liverpool bill.

well sky said that clev and macklin were "topping the bill in liverpool" now maybe im being naive but surely smith (the hometown ticket seller) vs degale would be the top attraction and therfore get top billing

I don'y mind the Cleverly one because he's still a young man finding his way in the game. There is absolutely no reason to rush him.

The Macklin thing is frustrating though. I believe he's good enough to win a world title, and this is his time to do it. He's at the top of his game right now. He needs to take full advantage of that.

I hate when fighters fight for Interim titles.

Even when the Mitchell-Katsidis fight happened, it just didn't feel right knowing it's an INTERIM title for some reason.

Will be the same for this..

I prefer it when fighters get undeserved title shots ;)

    INTERIM WBO light heavyweight title

I suppose Clev won't fight Brähmer in the next couple of years. If Brähmer beats Shumenov he'll discard his WBO belt and will be appointed WBA super champion. Remember where you heard it first.

Without looking... you’re telling me Cleverly is not fighting Brahmer?

The guy who can beat him.
