Morales counters as much as he does press. Margarito's idea of countering consists of eating a punch then offering 2 in return

And I do see some similarity. The truth is though, Margarito brings a style that is similar to different aspects of other styles Pacquiao has faced, and brings the strength and size of other opponents. He's no direct copy but I can see some similarities to Morales. It's a very watered down Morales, yes, but that's a style taught in the region and you can see some similarities.

Yeah I think those are the deciding factors in this fight. I don't see Pac standing in there banging with him if he feels Margo hurting him.

 

Not in the sense that he counters ala Floyd he doesn't. Morales counters in a sense that he gets off first and lures you in an exchange, finds a hole then unleashes combos.
