    So your bitching is that other boxers didn't pay sanctioning fees to ABC organizations before said boxers were beaten by PacMan, so thus, PacMan didn't really win 7 World Titles?

    the Ring title was first awarded in 1922, making it older than ANY of the sanctioning titles. You're a hack.

    Nonsense! The Ring title is the ONLY REAL championship in boxing. But, I agree with you that Manny is not a true 7 time world champion. He was champ at Jr. Welter, Jr. Light, Feather and maybe Jr. Feater and Fly are debatable.
