I personally like more promos with instrumental music with some commentary track to back it up. Also timing the music with clip cuts and/or punches makes it more dynamic, commercial like. Length is also important; minute to 2 minutes gets more embeddings from various sites which, naturally boosts the views over ten times fold. Quality of your source material is very good but I'd still stamp watermark over the broadcasters logo. Pretty good for second promo. :good Hope you won't have copyright issues from that music.
It's good, nice one, I think the clips you chose do show what they each should be trying to do on the night, Chisora on his toes and moving his head, Wlad just being Wlad. If you want a constructive criticism, maybe the press conf clips could have gone at the beginning.

Germany is very strict what comes to audio. Seems like you're using Windows Movie Maker (?). It didn't have option for watermark when I used it (but it didn't have that panning either what you used for their stats). You'll soon find WMM's limits and Sony Vegas Pro 8/9 would be natural step up, Adobe CS4/5 if you're rich and ready to invest some serious time for learning that program.
