Moar proof that Shane's win was no fluke. He simply just beated marg's AZZ:

Notice how marg was putting up an early effort as proven by the punch stats, but marg threw less in the last 4 rounds. Shane busted him up.

The only mental disadvantage happened in the latter half of their fight, after marg realized he is getting his AZZ beat.

the problem with your argument is after a fighter was stopped, he is branded immediatey as not the same as before. but many fighters had shown that this is not entirely correct.

if margo withstood pac's onsalught and stayed on his feet, then what happened to him, did he regained his mental state or chin back?

The evidence of Margo being the same guy he was before Mosley is 0.

His fight with garcia did not look good.

Margarito has a great chin. He's not a great fighter.

But to those same people, one rip-off draw makes Mosley a bum overnight.

if i remeber correctly, mosley was hammering margo with shot and used his entire body weight to knock him down, mosley even fell with him but margarito was not brutally knocked-out as suggeted by sdsfinest.

that's why i said it affected him mentally. it affect all aspect of your game even your concentration and gameplan if you are not thinking right for a fight. it is possible that mosley still lay a beating on the margo that cotto fought but it is also possiblre to say that the incident has an effect on margo that night.

its a good match. there has to be a point where pacs advantages are overmatched by size and strength of the opponent. most people started to say he was at that point back down at 135lb. its a testament to pacs skill that haters think a guy who can beat 98% of the fighters at 147 is no match for him at 151lb (a weight that pac has only heard of in rumours).
hate him if you must but margo is no joke.

We know exactly what happened after. He was caught loading his gloves in a subsequent fight.

I suppose he does. Insofar as moving in a straight line windmilling is a gameplan.

Why not make the obvious observation? It is more likely than not that Margarito has been "loading" his gloves since his loss to Santos. Therefore, it would be easy to assume all his accomplishments are not to his own skill and without that advantage, how does he expect to compete with one of the two best fighters in the world? Pacquiao should be a huge favorite and should stop the fight in less than 10 rounds.

it's also possible that the lay-off affected him. but i just have to see this one. margo could possibbly come well-prepared this time and surprise us like what he did against cotto. i just wish for a good fight which i think margo could still dish out.

Strength in terms of weight lifting, possibly. It won't factor in anyhow since there isn't going to be any clinching in this fight. Expect Pacquiao to bang away and move. I question whether Rockgloves has the "better" workrate. He may throw more punches, if he even does (I'm not checking actual Compubox records right now), but his punches are far less effective. Stamina being the same wouldn't be an advantage.

Every single advantage other than the ones you suggested here belong to Pacquiao. He's vastly superior to the limited plodder in Rockgloves.
