Prime v Prime it would be a good fight but give it to KT

Hatton was prime against KT and Zoo still put up a great fight.

Hatton bullied KT that night the same game plan Vince Phillips had when KT was first beat late 90's

 

Tszyu was up against 2 opponents that night - Hatton & Parris - and he still gave Hatton a run for his money, even after being deliberately punched in the balls.

Hatton wouldn't have stood a chance against a prime Tszyu, nor would he have beaten Tszyu that night if they had fought in a neutral location or with a different ref.

Karma's a ***** though, and she caught up with Wicky when he fought Mayweather and Pac :yep

kostyas prep was terrible for hatton fiight. If they fough t in oz KT would have won.

Prime KT puts hatton away comfortably.

 

Hatton fought a great fight.head constantly on Tszyus chest pounding away.never giving him room to breath.great game plan.one of the saddest boxing moments seeing KT face swollen not coming out for the last round.

 

I agree with everyone else here. Prime Tszyu wins and even old Tszyu gave Hatton a very good fight up until late with a disgraceful cheating referee.

Not fussed what anyone thinks. Kostya was never going to win in any location that night. Give Hatton his credit, he faught a perfect game.. So he bullied Kostya, boo hoo... The bullying worked!!!

5 fights over the last 5 years of any mans career is not a good way to finish off.

You seen that was evident when Hatton fought in the USA.

I had a feeling KT was going to lose this fight after I saw him at the weigh in against Hatton. Kostya almost failed to make weight, and when he did, looked weak and like a skeleton compared to some of his earlier fights. Very unusal that Hatton was able to bully Tszyu around so easily.

Agree with IBruMan above, Tszyu was definitely fighting 2 opponents that nite. That wanker Dave Paris displayed some of the most blatant home reffing I have ever witnessed.

 

I think everyone goes on far to much about the ref and it takes credit away from Hatton..though it was an average performance from Paris, that was the fight it was going to be and Kostya was unable to adjust or keep up physically.

The ref wasnt quite Reid/Ottke bad, but he did dictate the fight to how Hatton likes it, and later on lost control of the fight.
