Dos Santos is a lot better than Kongo. It's not about being likely to submit from guard (though I would say Werdum has proved its worthwhile being able to do so), it's about having an active guard and making the top game tougher. Besides JDS has excellent takedown defense and gets up quickly. We will see, I see it as a very close fight between two of the top five in the world.
