I guess paq didn't agree to testing up to the day of the fight, but agreed to seven days before the fight per his manager.

Of course naysayers will say seven days before and after would give somebody an unfair advantage.

14 days, 7 days or none, it doesn't even matter anymore when floyd doesn't even want to fight. he is on leave remember?

"The only way this fight happens is if he agrees to be tested between rounds and during clinches otherwise i am still on vacation" Floyd Mayweather minutes ago on Twitter.

That doesnt change the fact that we heard 3 different things from the Mayweather camp.

Haymon - A deal has been agreed upon

Ellerbe - No negotiations took place

Mayweather Jr. - Im not thinking about boxing right now

Floyd told the entire world, after he beat Mosley, that the fight won't happen unless there's completely random testing. camp emmanuel ran around saying they agreed to everything, turns out their definition of "full" or "random" is a 7 day cutoff.

Pac on PED's didn't become an issue until Mayweather and Co accused him of it. The whole barrier to the fight was seemingly the testing that Mayweather felt the need to impose, and I think most of it was down to ego. What a shame this happens as their now screwed out of a massive payday and the fans get ****ed out of a mega fight. The same with Haye - Klitschko. Just sort it the **** out.

Floyd on vacation doesn't change the fact that Pacquiao killed the fight last January by refusing any additional testing... Did you all forget about who killed the fight the first time around?

Although I have seen nothing that should make any logical person think Pacquiao ever wanted this fight. I would like to see a link to a source.

They just admit on 24/7 that they only agreed to 7 day cut off.

It's interesting how Team Pacquiao would not reveal this little, but, quite relevant, detail of the negotiations until AFTER the Margarito fight has gained momentum.

They didn't want the boycott to be too big. This 24/7 is very different from all of emmanuel's other 24/7s. You can feel the desperation and awkwardness, he's really trying to sell this fight.
