Just reading Luis Ramos Jnr's Boxrec and saw his last fight was at ''Parking Lot 7 at LA Live, Los Angeles, California, United States''.
Not exactly as glamorous as MGM Grand etc.

So it got me thinking we often ask what's the best venue for boxing to be held in and we had some good ideas and seen some fantastic venues over the years but what about ''The strangest venue's for boxing??''. Looking for bouts/shows held in weird locations and venue's.

I remember hearing on Sky once during a heavyweight bout think it might of been Gammer and they said he had a bout in back of a Butchers Shop.

So what strange venue's do you know of or find :think

BB King Blues Club & Grill in New York has hosted plenty of DiBella cards.

Ricky Burns - fight 20,vs Ben Oddamattey, SeeWoo Restaurant

Apparently, its not your regular restaurant. Absolutely massive. Interesting all round, what with the links that we know come from the glasgow boxing scene. Alex Morrison promotion I believe.

Hotels. I can't ****ing stand fights in hotels. I've been to a few and they're full of ignorant guys with too much money and too much drink in them that are about as helpful as kick in the nuts.

Agreed. It looked so stupid when they turned the camera and you could see half the stadium empty.
