the only reason Floyd suspected Pacquiao of cheating was because of Pacquiao's superior abilities.

Pacquiao agreed to sufficient testing that would insure he would run the risk of getting caught if he was cheating. That was the first time around when he agreed to random urine testing throughout training camp, and random blood testing throughout training camp until 24 days before the fight, and then another blood and urine test right after the fight.

The only reason Pac didn't end up taking those tests that he agreed to is cause Floyd didn't accept it. Now Floyd's got clowns like you thinking Pac is dirty. Mission accomplished for Floyd, partially at least because anyone with a bit of common sense sees through it.
