Source or STFU you stupid *****.

Haye said many many times that the Klits shake hands on one deal, then send a completely different contract FULL OF OPTIONS. They then give press releases to try and bully the opponent into signing. This is what Haye said. One such time he said this was on British TV show Ringside. Check youtube.

What you said is complete BULL**** that you just pulled out of your yoked-out ass. I said give sources and evidence. Do it now or **** off.

Povetkin's promoters Sauerland Event called the bout agreement received from Klitschko a "slave contract." Povetkin's manager sent some of the details to Russian boxing journalist Alexander Pavlov. Pavlov detailed some of the items that caused friction between Sauerland and Klitschko.

    1. Povetkin has to visit (maybe more than one) joint or separate press conferences, participate in press trips, interviews, open training sessions and other public events as prescribed by K2 Promotions [Klitschkos' promotional company].

    2. If Povetkin does not appear on one of the press events organized by K2, K2 will fine him the amount of at least $250,000 dollars.

    3. K2 refuses to pay for relocation expenses, hotel accommodations, meals and transportation to and from the fight location, etc.

    4. K2 refuses to provide health insurance for the duration of the fight and commits Povetkin to bear all of the costs of all medical expenses in treating injuries that he may receive in the fight.

    5. Povetkin has to use the gloves provided by K2, from the company Grant. Povetkin is not allowed to bring his own gloves even in an unopened package or use gloves by any company other than Grant.

    — Kalle Sauerland of Sauerland Event told Sportal.de the contract was very unfair because K2 did not draft the agreement under the common form of a "mandatory defense" and instead plugged in their own terms as if the fight was made without a purse bid being involved.

"We will not allow Klitschko to dictate their terms to us. We understand that the contract should be signed, according to clear rules, which are drawn up with agreement based on a mandatory defense of title. Klitschko, however, completely ignored these common rules, and we received a document of 26 pages, which can only be described as a slave contract."

I am a Wlad supporter but in reality, Haye has waaaaaaaaaaay more to lose then Chisora. Its not always about one guy having balls and the other not (like in this case), its Chisora having nothing to lose and Haye having everything to lose.

Whether politics, boxing, or business, the rules of negotiation are pretty simple. Probably the easiest to understand and to grasp, obviously most of you missd it, is that when you are negotiating from a position of power or strength you take all you can get...PERIOD. For one thing, it provides insurance. Not to mention the fact that it gives the champion a psychological advantage. The challenger is now thinking about two or 3 fights, not one. It's called strategy.

I swear they did almost the same the same thing with Haye.

I remember it was fight 1 brother, then a rematch should he win, then fight the other brother then fight any K2 promoted fighter of Wlad and Vitalis choosing when ever they wanted or something like that.

Any way BS deal and Chisora is stupid for taking it.

so theres a standard rematch clause, and if Chisora wins both Wlad fights he is contracted to unify the titles....why are we complaining about possible unification?

Some must be lacking in something legitimate to complain about because this contract is potentially a GIFT for Chisora.

Give it up Jack, you'll never get through to them.

For the slowest on here, it's a similar situation if 15 years ago Evander Holyfield had said

"You fight me once. If you beat me, I get an instant rematch. If you beat me again, then your next fight MUST be against Lennox Lewis.
Now, we'll **** you financially on the first one, and we'll split the purse on the next two.
But remember, the promotional company "The Headbutting Lion Promotions" will make a shitload from all 3 fights, and you're going to have pay every single cent of expenses out of your own pocket for all 3 fights"

What about the 4 years Vitali was retired for?

There is nothing to stop Wlad fighting for the WBC title, or Vitali fighting for the IBF. They just choose not to, that's all.

A choice that makes sense, but it's still a choice.

Yeah, he won't fight the best fighter in the division.

Something entirely of their own making.

Having each other in the ring for staredowns, in each others corner, and mandating a 3rd fight for any victor against the other brother hardly helps with that though does it?

If they want to operate completely separate from each other, they can. They choose not to.

What an absolute load of wank.

Wlad had 4 years to win the WBC belt. Vitali had plenty of years to win the WBA and IBF before Wlad/Haye got them.

Why should Wlad have had the WBC anyway? There is absolutely no certainty in my eyes he would beat Vitali anyway.

Are you saying that they are the only two brothers that are currently boxing at the same time?

Of course it's an advantage. They go into staredowns together. They are in each others corner. They mandate rematches for rematches against the other brother. That hardly sounds like NOT using it to their advantage does it?

    I do agree with this.

Wlad putting in a rematch clause is fine and common sense. It's the 3rd fight - that really, is a fight completely and utterly unrelated to Wlad -that stinks.

Well then why even bother having the fight then?

Seriously. If Chisora is that ****ing ****, why is Wlad even bothering with it?

Haye has proven he change his sentenses every single time. Not only Haye said there is a 50/50 offer with no option but also even Warren said it after he talks about Chisora contract. But this fight is holding out cause of Haye refuse to share the uk ppv money. <<<Talk about a greedy *******. But of course your ******ed enough to still defend Haye.

"If either of them wanted this fight, it would certainly have happened by now, but they would rather squeeze out as much money as possible. The Klitschko brothers are apparently happy to fight old, run-down American boxers. I can only laugh," said Haye.
"We offered them a deal: they keep 100 percent of the money from the TV station RTL in Germany and I get the complete TV revenue from England. The rest of the money, which comes in from television rights and ticket sales revenue, is shared. They rejected that."
The manager of the Klitschko brothers, Bernd Boente, says Haye is the greedy party. The money generated from the English pay-per-view buys is far more money than the Klitschkos would generate from their deal with RTL, which is why Haye is pushing to keep everything from the English end. The Klitschkos offered a deal that calls for a 50-50 split down the middle on all revenue. Further, Boente says there is no rematch clause being presented.
"It is not us who is greedy, but him," Boente said. "The English pay-per-view channels can raise far more money than we receive from our partner RTL. Moreover, there has never been an option calling for a rematch. In reality, is is Haye who is too cowardly to fight."

^^^That's what holding up cause Haye wants to keep all the uk ppv money.

wow how do we work this out?

how should it be his belt.

when did he beat the current wbc champ?

infact when did he beat the true champ of any belt?

lewis and sanders got stripped of the belts. wlad fought paper champs. as did haye.

it is only vitali who fought the real champ.
