Come on man. The fighter does NOT get to set the cut off date. Why not let suspects set the time search warrants are served?

It completely defeats the purpose. They tested the way THEY wanted to. Go on the website and look at the terms for them to test. Once you sign on you give them the power.

All organizations full of drug cheats!

A cut off date is NOT random. Now that we know this how can we trust anything out of Pac's camp?

Catch weights are fine. Catch weights for VACANT TITLES with fighters who are not even ranked at the weight are NOT.

One contradiction from different members of Team Pacquiao = Everything is lies, Team Mayweather telling the truth 100%

    Gotta love logic.

A cutoff should be determined by the testing organization...not the fighters. If they want want to determine the cutoff, they should simply ask the Commission to perform it...not an organization like USADA. And I believe, they settled on something like that during the first go round, but, could not agree on the cutoff.

As far as Floyd's selection of USADA, they did not tailor their testing to his whims. After Manny refused OSDT, they went in another direction, with the testing, one which involved a cutoff to suit Manny.

Yes...I know C/W's are a part of boxing. But, Roach is on record ADMITTING that putting the opponent at a physical disadvantage is the goal when he asks for them. That's an outright abuse of C/W's, IMO. The Cotto situation is an example. Why settle on 2 lbs from the WW limit, just to get the fighter to come down in weight (we know they wanted 142-143 originally)? It's simple...Roach and Manny thought (and Manny is on record saying he thought making the weight would be tough on Cotto) that taking off the extra weight would affect Cotto? They are doing the same with Margarito?

Didn't watch 24/7 or get to read all 13 pages of this but what I gather is Pac agreed to a 7 day cutoff on RANDOM drug testing and Floyd said no. Is that correct? And then let me guess, we at 13 pages because even though everyone was downing Floyd saying Pac agreed to everything and it's now been PROVEN he didn't, it's still Floyd's fault somehow? If I'm I'll go read these 13 pages, but from what I've seen its the same **** different day. Pacman does no wrong and Mayweather does no good.

Everyone has different opinions on what's "right."

If we look at the facts, Pac at the very least agreed to a 7 day cutoff, according to Koncz. Previous statements by Pac, Roach, and Arum led us to believe that it was up to the date of the fight. We can't really say anything else for sure, just speculate and judge (and judge based on speculations, which is even worse). But it's safe to say they settled on a cutoff within the range of one week from the fight to day of the fight.

Some people seem to think that the discrepancy between those two dates means Team Pac is full of liars, and, somehow, come to the conclusion that "there were no negotiations." It's the kind of leap of logic that makes one weep for humanity.

i agree..i mean, the mixed information, disinformation, and outright lies from team pac get really old, but i wish floyd would just accept the 7 day compromise to shut everyone up, and give us the fight we want

I think 7 days out is perfectly fine as long as they continue to do random UAs leading up to the fight, there souldnt be a problem but Floyd doesnt run this sport as been proven the last two months... He runs his mouth...

Back when emmanuel only wanted 14, I remember saying that I think 7 days is reasonable. pacfags argued their hearts out to me that 14 is foolproof. Now that their hero even agrees with me, it's all good now. Wherever emmanuel goes, pacfags go.

Also, team pac is doing some ***** AZZ ****. Floyd MADE IT CLEAR on TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS that it will ONLY be up to the day of the fight from here on. emmanuel likes to agree when there's nothing to agree with.
