Bowe would ko Wlad. It would be a good fight because they both have a lot of talent and skill but this would be first time Wlad faces a fighter the same size as him who has the skills to land on him consistently. Bowe can take everything wlad throws at him but wlad cant take his punch

People discredit Bowe from the 2nd Golota fight. He was fighting back with all his heart and landing punches on Golota that IMO would have finished Wlad.

People keep linking the Gollota fights, but I did mention prime Bowe.

I could make a case either way to be honest. On the one hand Wlad has many of the physical advantages and Bowe could be outjabbed, often neglecting his own jab so I can see Wlad keeping him on the outside all night.
On the other hand Bowe had a much greater variety of punches, much better chin and most likely would not do what all of Wlad's opponents have been doing for years which is basically give up after 30 seconds and stop trying to land punches. It's baffling to see shorter boxers stand straight up with a high guard against someone who fights like Wlad while the obvious thing to do is fight out of a crouch and try to swarm all over him. Peter had a go at that in the rematch for a couple of minutes but Peter's isn't really very good-certainly not in comparison to Bowe. Granted, swarming, bobbing and weaving is hardly Bowe's style either.
Bowe had a good chin and very good stamina, I believe he also had the mentality to adopt the 'throw enough **** at a wall and some of it will stick' strategy to outwork Wlad and eventually catch him with a big punch-with obvious results. He also was vastly superior to anybody Wlad's ever been in the ring with while the reverse is not true.

All in all I think I would slightly favour Wlad over an in shape Bowe in a fight somewhat resembling the Bowe-golota fights but fought at a slower pace and without the shenanigans. Wlad's got an excellent jab and I just can't see past Bowe tendency to devour said punch.

This is the main difference between Klitschko and Golotan. Golota was much easier to hit

OR! Maybe Bowe didn't punch that hard? I mean really He couldn't finish Golota who was KOd by Austin(even though he was shot). Golota never had chin better than wlads.

Bowe had good chin but not enough to hang there with wlad. He was to open to hang there with top punchers(thats why he never met one),Hide wobbled him almost every time he landed.

I rate Wlad as a better fighter than Bowe but the style match up is a hard one for Wlad. Bowe showed in the fights against Golota and Holyfield that he had a good chin and tremendous heart. I see this as a heavyweight version of Hearns/Barkley 1. Wlad dominates Bowe from range hurting Bowe and maybe even dropping him, but Bowe will eventually fire back and hurt Wlad and stop him.

I think Vitali would beat Bowe though.

bowe has a better punch arsenal.

but in terms of jabs and crosses alone id give it to vitali.

bowe does have better hooks, uppercuts ect.

Wladimir wins the battle of the jabs & floors Bowe multiple times. Wlad is stronger, faster & he has the ring intelligence to keep Bowe from getting inside where he'd have the clear edge. Possibly a ref stoppage TKO for Wladimir.
