Better pressure fighter then Floyd Mayweather in boxing today?

Vitali fights mostly at range. Because fighters have to come to him because of his long ass reach. Great heavyweight though.

Pressure fighting does not necessarily equal inside fighting.

Pressure fighters are Hatton or Margarito-type. They will keep on coming at you or walk you down regardless whether they are successful or not. Like pressure, or vise. Soemone who don't even give you a breather.

And still *****s have to nerve to claim they are the ones who know boxing or own everyone.

Counterpunchers are never pressure fighters. Is this a case of "FLOORED" again?

 

A versatile fighter can fight in multiple styles. I know you dont know much about boxing but this is common knowledge. For instance Marvin Hagler early in his career was a terrific boxer puncher who could also brawl with the best. Same with a fighter like Duran or Oscar De La Hoya. Oscar could box off the back foot, fight at range or crush you, depending on what type of fighter he was facing in the ring that day.

He is suggesting that Floyd employs the most intelligent pressure in the fight game today. That's a viable discussion point.

2 hopeless opponents? Granted Mitchell was largely done as a championship contenders, but Zab and Mosley were at the top of the sport. ANd nobody but maybe Winky wright treated Mosley like that, and thats because Winky Wright was huge. Mayweather was the smaller guy. I really dont see your criticism here.


Watch most of Floyds fights at 130. He was indeed a fabulous pressure fighter then, just not as flat footed as he is now so it wasnt as noticable when he was zipping in and out tagging the other guy.


Like I said you just dont know boxing. Castillo was a helluva pressure fighter. One of the best and learned his stuff from JC superstar. But we are talking about pressure fighters today.

Ya, I guess "pressure" only refers to guys who comes in balls to the walls, taking shots on the way. Pressure = Taking four shots to land one.
