    cause Oscar owns the RING Mag, and is manipulating its stories, rankings, etc., just like he's manipulating boxing with FIXED FIGHTS, BRIBES, EXTORTIONS, etc.

    Oscar is the worst thing that's happening to boxing right now.

    after floyd retired, cotto,margo fought to be number 1. cotto lost to margo who lost to mosley.pac beat cotto,clottely but floyd beat a higher ranked mosley at ww.p4p is different to divison rankings and the ring feel pac whole body of work including ww and below makes him number 1

    Pacquiao's a better fighter overall, Mayweather is a better Welterweight. Why is this hard to understand?

    WW is not Pacquiao's ideal weight class.

    PBF was linear the ring champ when he retired and didn't lose. PBF beat the man in Mosley so therefor he's ranked #1. Pac fought Cotto at 145 fought and Clottey at 147, there's your answer.

    It's simple. Pac is better p4p, but floyd is better at welter. At least that's what the ring figures,
    but of course they'll have to fight at 147 to determine who ultimately is the best at the weight.
