What you fail to look at, is PPV sales are affected my A LOT of things. They are NOT the only measuring stick for popularity. The numbers Floyd gets are not ONLY because of him. **** man... I blind man can see that. Of course, you'll take that to me saying Floyd doesn't sell, which I am NOT saying.

Is Floyd more popular in the US? Probably, but not by that much. World Wide popularity, as well as people actually LIKING him? That goes to Pac big time.
