One things for sure...noone can dispute the fact that he's a top 10 atg at 135. With that said, I'd also see him having problems with Mosley, DLH and Corrales at LW...

I think he'd school Corrales, but I agree the other two would be tough fights.

Williams would roll him. Whitaker. Guys like Armstrong and Chavez would be interesting to say the least.

I agree that Buchanan would struggle mightily with Whitaker, Chavez and Armstrong(along with Mosley and DLH) BUT...the rest of the names on your list are on his level at 135 and are definitely winnable matchups.

I guessed it was obious that it was a sarcastic comment regarding Buchannans stellar record in fantasy fight, a bit opposite to his real record. Buchannan was a fine fighter and him against Camacho is a 50/50 fight IMO but everytime a fantasy fight starring him comes up, he ends up beeing the fav with always the same arguments. Got a bit overrated on here.

I don't see the case for Camacho personally, he'd be authoritatively outboxed the way i see it.

I dont quite understand this perceived bias for Ken on this board. He is a very, very good fighter whose ability just didnt quite mesh with his actual achievements because he just happened to share the division with one of the true greats of its rich history.

I just did a quick search of Ken Buchanan fantasy matches that have been done on classic recently.
He got matched with a lightweight JMM and most picked him..cant see anything wrong there.

Buchanan-Dejesus...probably only slightly more people went with Ken but everyone was in agreement that it was a very closely matched one.

Buchanan-Rosario...pretty firmly in favour of Ken but not an absolute landslide. Saying Ken outpoints Edwin is not ridiculous.

Arguello-Buchanan...I didnt read all through this one, just going on memory cause I posted in it. But I think most still sided with Alexis to get home whilst pointing out Kenny would be a very difficult stylistic fight for him..a completely rational conclusion to come to given how both guys fought at the weight.

    Buchanan-Mayweather...more people picked Floyd.

    Whitaker-Buchanan...almost everyone picks Pea

Mosley-Buchanan...more people went with Ken, its certainly debatable but the guys who actually did came up with fair solid arguments for KB.

In fact in the last Camacho-Buchanan thread the poll was only 55% to 45% in Kenny's favour.

Generally he just get matched appropriately. In fights he should win or are winnable for him and thats why many can muster up a solid argument for.

no no no buchanan is overrated without a doubt on here , for me this is a real pick'em fight and if pushed i would edge toward camacho as said earlier his speed may well be the key here , for me camacho hangs on to take a disputed decision win
