well u would have to still use his current resume and accomplishments plus acknowledge the skill level and i think any rational person has him as an ATG...now where he is ranked is up to the individual:good

His talent is undeniable and easily top 5 all time. His resume isn't though and his career choices are going to cost him in the ATG rankings. He will be considered an ATG but unless he puts Pac and maybe Williams on his resume, most won't put him that high on the ATG list.

 

If your referring to Pac, Pac never agreed to a full drug test, which is a indication that he really don't want the fight in the first place.

You could easily flip that round and say "Floyd didn't drop the OSDT, or accept Manny's offers of 21, 14 or 7 days so he clearly didn't want the fight".

You canot say that one party did not want the fight because they would not completely submit to the demands of the other party.

Isn't Mosley-PBF an in-house fight? Both were being promoted by GBP as far as I'm aware.

Lets not forget it took an earthquake to make that fight...unless you're telling me Floyd predicted an earthquake to happen and Berto to pull out soon after his negotiations with Pac fell through and there was no other viable opponents out there. Of course there was the Matthew Hatton talks but the backlash was far too much.
